Arriving by public transport

Visitors from the Hamburg area will particularly benefit from using HVV public transport. Information and links to HVV services can be found here.

Travel by Hamburg local transport (HVV) - which reaches the CCH and the exhibition centre from every point within the Hamburg metropolitan area - is particularly recommended.

Suburban train (S-Bahn):	to Dammtor (5-minute walk to the east entrance of the exhibition centre, 2-minute walk to the CCH) to Sternschanze (3-minute walk to the west entrance at Hall A3)
Underground (U-Bahn):	to Stephansplatz (3-minute walk to CCH, 8-minute walk to the exhibition centre/east entrance) to Messehallen (direct to the exhibition centre south entrance, 5-minute walk to the central entrance) 10-minute walk to the CCH) to Sternschanze (3-minute walk to the west entrance at Hall A3)
Public bus:	to Dammtor (5-minute walk to the east entrance of the exhibition centre, 2-minute walk to the CCH) to Stephansplatz (3-minute walk to the CCH, 8-minute walk to the exhibition centre/ east entrance)
Metrobus:	to Dammtor (5-minute walk to the east entrance of the exhibition centre, 2-minute walk to the CCH) to Feldstrasse (2-minute walk to the south entrance of the exhibition centre, 12-minute walk to the CCH)
Express bus:	to Dammtor (5-minute walk to the east entrance of the exhibition centre, 2-minute walk to the CCH) to "Hamburg Messe / Eingang Ost" or to "Hamburg Messe / Eingang Mitte" (at Hall A1) to Stephansplatz (3-minute walk to the CCH, 8-minute walk to the exhibition centre/east entrance)
